Arles

Arles is the third largest city in the department of Bouches du Rhône and has been listed three times in the list of UNSCO World Heritage Sites. The name Arles is inextricably linked to the painter Vincent Van Gogh. For 15 months, the painter stayed here and experienced an immensely productive creative period in which more than 300 of his works were created.
